Returns
Tell us within a reasonable time of delivery if something is wrong with your order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photographs of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund for that item.
What cannot be returned
For safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned, and sealed items cannot be resold once they have left our control.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned in cryptocurrency to an address you provide. The amount refunded is the US dollar value of the affected item; the crypto quantity depends on the rate at the time of the refund.
