Same day in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro

In São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro an order can reach you on the day you place it, provided it is confirmed before the courier cut-off and there is capacity that day. Miss the window and the parcel simply goes out on the next working day.

The option appears at checkout once you enter a qualifying city.

The rest of the country

Express usually arrives 1-2 business days after dispatch. Standard usually takes 2-5. Distance decides where you land in that range: state capitals in the South and Southeast sit at the short end, the North and Northeast at the long one.

Counting starts at dispatch, not at checkout — an order is only dispatched once its payment is confirmed on-chain.

What shipping costs

Standard shipping is included in the price — there is no separate charge. Express adds a flat $5, whichever state the parcel is going to. Same-day, where it is offered, costs nothing extra.

The full amount, shipping included, is shown before you confirm the order, and it is the amount the payment is quoted against.
